Returns and Cancellations
You may order any products on www.vrttvintage.com from any part of India. We currently do not ship outside of India. For order requests from abroad, please get in touch on for more information.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the good. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account within 14 working days.
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 hours from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
We may accept returns for account credit only. This, because sometimes the sale of a good is already reimbursed to the sellers account, and therefore cannot be reversed. In the event of a return, we must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date it was shipped to you. Items must be unused, and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned together with their original packaging.
We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com. A prompt response is assured to such mails. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund.
We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit. We ensure on our end to pack the product well enough as to ensure it will not get damaged during the duration of the shipment/transit. Any damage caused by shipping agent or other factors shall not be liable to us.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:
You may return or exchange Goods using our returns and exchanges collection service the cost of which will be separately notified to you. You must email us on firstname.lastname@example.org the reason for the return or exchange, along with images of the item. Once approved by us, you mail the good to us and share the tracking number with above mentioned email. Once the item is received we will confirm this on the email, post which your reimbursement, if applicable, will be initiated, or alternatively a credit will be added to your account.
Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags
(b) All items returned should have been communicated and confirmed/approved by us on email@example.com processing/sending back to us. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(c) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items, given that there is sufficient proof/evidence that the good was received faulty by the customer.
